Lanterns of Lost Things

"A low-angle, three-quarter view down a narrow, fog-choked cobblestone alley in a historic European quarter reveals brick brownstones and shuttered shopfronts, the wet pavement mirroring pools of warm lamplight and a cool moonlit wash; every glint of the foreground stones and a scuffed shoe is rendered in photoreal detail while the background softens into painterly fog and muted, desaturated tones pierced by a few sickly neon accents.
