Moonlit Floating Parlor

"An abandoned mansion courtyard sits half-submerged in a shallow, cracked reflective pool, crumbling stone and ivy forming a circular embrace around a withered oak as dusk slides into blue hour; moonlight and the last ember of sunset wash everything in muted desaturated blues and greens, painterly brushstrokes and film grain softening distant detail while a few warm highlights glint on wet masonry. From a low, slightly off-center viewpoint the pool leads the eye to the oak, which anchors the frame with an upside-down armchair and a short staircase floating gently, tethered to its exposed roots, fragmented mirror shards hung like cold ornaments catching fractured moonlight—at first the scene reads like a ruin, then the uncanny discovery arrives: moths swarm below the levitating furniture as if a local gravity has quietly inverted.
